Simple paneer recipe

Materials:
500 grams paneer
3/4 tbsp oil
1 large onion chopped into medium pieces
2 tomatoes chopped in medium size
1-inch piece of ginger
5/6 garlic cloves
2/3 green chilies
1 cup green peas
2 teaspoons red chili powder
Half a teaspoon of turmeric powder
Half teaspoon garam masala
Finely chopped coriander
Salt to taste
1 tbsp cream/milk
1 tbsp Kasuri Methi
Water as needed
Action:
Heat 1/2 tsp oil in a pan.
Cut 500 grams of paneer into medium size pieces and fry it.
Fry the green peas.
Remove the cooked paneer and green peas into a bowl.
In a pan, saute 1 large medium-sized onion.
When the onion turns slightly red.
Add a 1-inch piece of ginger, 5/6 garlic cloves, and 2/3 green chilies, and saute for 2/3 minutes.
Then add 2 medium-sized tomatoes and saute well.
Keep the lid and cook the tomatoes for 2/3 minutes.
After 2/3 minutes, cool this mixture.
After this mixture cools down, take it out in a mixer bowl and grind it finely.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan.
Add onion, and tomato paste and saute well on low flame.
In it, add 1 tsp red chili powder, half tsp turmeric powder, half tsp garam masala, and salt to taste and saute.
Cover and saute the spices for 3/4 minutes.
Add fried paneer and peas and mix well.
Add 1 cup of water and mix.
Cover and let the paneer soften for 5/6 minutes.
After 5/6 minutes add half spoon garam masala and half spoon Kasuri methi to this and mix it
While serving, top with finely chopped coriander, 1 spoon of cream / 1 spoon of milk, and serve.
Tips:
Fry the paneer a light red.
It works if the paneer is not reheated.
Once the oil from the masala starts to separate, then the gravy is considered to be cooked.
Add less water to the paneer.
