Poha Recipe (Breakfast Menu)

Materials:
2 medium bowls of poha.
Water as needed.
2 tbsp of oil.
Salt to taste.
1 small bowl of peanuts.
4/5 green chilies finely chopped.
1 large onion finely chopped.
6/7 curry leaves.
1 tbsp cumin seeds.
1 tbsp mustard seeds.
Half a teaspoon of turmeric powder
1 lemon.
Finely chopped coriander.
Action:
First, take the poha in a dish and add water to it soak the poha and remove the excess water.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan.
In the pan add 1 small bowl of peanuts and fry it little brown, and keep it in 1 bowl aside.
Add 1 tbsp mustard seeds, 1 tbsp cumin seeds and 6/7 curry leaves in the oil.
When the cumin seeds turn golden, add 1 large finely chopped onion.
Add 4/5 finely chopped green chilies.
Saute until the onion turns golden.
When the onion turns golden, add half a tbsp of turmeric powder and saute well.
After the turmeric saute well, add the soaked poha.
Add salt and roasted peanuts as per taste and saute all this mixture properly on medium flame.
Finally, add finely chopped coriander in the poha and saute.
Tips:
After sauteing the onion add half lemon juice or serve lemon slice.
Saute the poha on medium flame to get a good taste of the poha.
Saute on medium flame makes the poha soft and flavorful.
For serving, add grated wet coconut over the poha to make the poha even tastier.
